Core structure:
Inner working pipe: Carbon steel material (such as Q235, 20# steel), capable of carrying hot water / steam medium;
Insulation layer: Polyurethane rigid foam (suitable for ≤150℃ hot water) or ultra-fine glass wool (suitable for ≤350℃ steam), filling the gap between the inner pipe and the outer protective pipe;
Outer protective pipe: High-density polyethylene (HDPE) or anti-corrosion steel pipe (the black layer in the figure), with anti-corrosion, waterproof, and resistance to soil load capabilities;
Crossing structure: Branch pipes adopt "overpass" design (avoiding obstacles of the main pipeline), suitable for scenarios with limited pipeline space;
Interface sealing: The red-white protective layer is a sealing and anti-corrosion structure, protecting the insulation integrity of the welded interface.
Space adaptability: The overpass structure can avoid obstacles such as the main pipeline and other pipelines, suitable for complex pipeline network layouts;
Efficient insulation: The heat loss rate of the insulation layer is ≤5% (hot water type) / ≤2% (steam type), meeting the energy efficiency requirements for long-distance transportation;
All-environment durability: The outer protective pipe + sealing layer design can be directly buried underground or used for ground pipelines, resisting corrosion and moisture;
Prefabricated integration: Manufactured in the factory, only welding connections are required on-site, shortening the construction period and ensuring installation accuracy.
