The 90 Degree Socket Elbow (also known as 90° Socket Weld Elbow) is a specialized pipe fitting engineered to enable smooth, 90-degree directional changes in industrial, commercial, and high-pressure piping systems—while ensuring secure, leak-proof connections. Unlike traditional butt-weld elbows that require complex pipe beveling and alignment, this fitting features a socket-style design: each end of the elbow is prefabricated with a socket, allowing the connected pipes to be directly inserted and fixed via socket welding. This structure eliminates tedious pipe modification, speeds up installation, maintains stable fluid/gas flow through the 90° bend, and delivers long-term structural durability.
