Core Structure:
Inner Working Tube: Carbon steel material (such as Q235, 20# steel), capable of carrying hot water / steam medium and achieving pipe diameter transition;
Insulation Layer: Polyurethane rigid foam (suitable for ≤150℃ hot water) or ultra-fine glass wool (suitable for ≤350℃ steam), filling the gap between the inner tube and the outer protective tube;
Outer Protective Tube: High-density polyethylene (HDPE) or anti-corrosion steel pipe (the black layer in the figure), with anti-corrosion, waterproof, and resistance to soil load capabilities;
Interface Sealing: The red protective layer is a sealing and anti-corrosion structure, protecting the insulation integrity of the welded interface and preventing moisture intrusion.

Diameter Variation Adaptability: Achieves smooth connection of different pipe diameters, reducing fluid resistance;
Efficient Insulation: The insulation layer has a heat loss rate of ≤5% (hot water type) / ≤2% (steam type), meeting the energy efficiency requirements for long-distance transportation;
