1. Product Structure
Inner working pipe: Made of carbon steel (such as Q235, 20# steel), the branch pipes and main pipes form a 45°/60° angle (Y-shaped structure), which can reduce the flow resistance of the fluid and is suitable for high-flow rate medium scenarios;
Insulation layer: Filled with polyurethane rigid foam, with a thermal conductivity of ≤ 0.03W/(m・K), a heat loss rate of ≤ 5%, ensuring the energy efficiency of long-distance thermal transmission;
Outer protective layer: Black anti-corrosion coating (usually epoxy coal tar or polyethylene material), with waterproof and anti-soil corrosion capabilities, supporting direct underground installation;
Interface: Retains the metal welding surface, facilitating on-site connection with the pipeline, and additional sealing and anti-corrosion treatment can be done at the interface.
2. Core Characteristics
Low-resistance diversion: The Y-shaped angle design makes the media diversion flow more smoothly. Compared to the ordinary T-type three-way, the fluid resistance is reduced by approximately 30%-50%;
Efficient insulation: The insulation layer of polyurethane has a heat insulation performance suitable for hot water media of 80℃-150℃, meeting the temperature maintenance requirements of municipal heating;
All-environment adaptability: The anti-corrosion property of the outer protective layer can cope with underground dampness and soil corrosion environments, eliminating the need for additional trench protection;
Prefabricated integration: Manufactured in the factory, only welding operations are required on-site, with high installation efficiency and stable insulation performance.
3. Application Scenarios
It is mainly used in urban centralized heating pipelines, regional heating projects, and large park heating pipelines, especially suitable for high-flow rate medium diversion scenarios from the main pipeline to the branch lines (such as the main heating pipeline dividing into sub-pipeline lines for residential areas).
