Product Name: 3PE Anti-corrosion Concentric / Eccentric End Cap
Base Material: Carbon steel (commonly Q235, L360, etc.), partially customizable stainless steel / alloy steel
Anti-corrosion Process: The outer wall is coated with a three-layer polyethylene (3PE) anti-corrosion layer (bottom layer epoxy resin + intermediate adhesive + outer layer polyethylene), and the inner wall is usually equipped with epoxy powder / painted anti-corrosion
Appearance Characteristics: In a conical variable-diameter structure, covered with a black anti-corrosion layer, and the interface retains the metal welding surface (part of the inner wall shows a blue coating)

Strong Anti-corrosion: The 3PE layer can isolate soil, water, and chemical media from corrosion, suitable for buried / humid environments, with a service life of 30-50 years
Pressure Resistance: The base material is carbon steel, with a nominal pressure typically ≥ 1.6 MPa, compatible with high-pressure pipeline systems
Adaptability: Divided into concentric (for vertical pipelines) and eccentric (for horizontal pipelines, marked as bottom flat / top flat), meeting different installation scenarios
Easy Installation: Connected by welding, suitable for various pipelines such as steel pipes and anti-corrosion pipes
III. Application Scenarios
Mainly used in pipeline systems in fields such as petroleum, natural gas, municipal water supply and drainage, chemical industry, mining, etc., for variable-diameter connection of different pipe diameters, especially suitable for buried, corrosive medium transportation pipeline projects.
IV. Manufacturing Process
Usually produced by reducing / expanding pressing (pressing the same diameter pipe blank through a mold to change the diameter) or stamping forming (steel plate stamping and stretching), meeting industry standards such as SY/T5037, GB/T9711.
