I. Core Parameter Specifications
Outer Diameter (OD): Standard range is φ219mm to φ3500mm, special customization can reach above φ4000mm;
Wall Thickness (WT): Standard range is 6mm to 25mm, thick-walled pipes can reach 40mm through special processes;
Length: Single pipe standard length is 6 to 18 meters, ultra-long pipes can be customized up to 24 meters;
Material: Includes Q235B, Q345B, L245, L290, X42 to X80 (API 5L standard), ASTM A36, A572, etc.;
Welding Form: Single-sided / Double-sided submerged arc welding (SAW), high-frequency resistance welding (ERW);
Helical Angle: 25° to 45°, adjustable according to pipe diameter and steel strip width.
II. Standard Types and Application Scope
Oil and Gas Transmission Pipeline Standard: API SPEC 5L, applicable to oil and gas transmission pipelines, steel grades cover A25 to X120;
Structural Pipe Standard: ASTM A252, applicable to load-bearing structures such as bridge piers and wind turbine towers;
Low-pressure Fluid Transmission Standard: GB/T 3091, applicable to the transmission of low-pressure fluids such as water, gas, and air;
Pile Foundation Engineering Pipe Standard: SY/T 5040, applicable to building pile foundations and dock supports;
Corrosion-Resistant Pipeline Standard: ISO 21809, applicable to pipelines in underwater or highly corrosive environments, with 3PE and FBE anti-corrosion coatings as accessories.
