I. Structural Composition
From the inside out, it is divided into 3 layers:
Working steel pipe layer: The material is mostly carbon steel (such as seamless pipe / spiral welded pipe), responsible for transporting the medium (steam, hot oil, etc.);
Polyurethane insulation layer: Filled between the steel pipe and the outer protective layer, serving the functions of insulation, waterproofing, and supporting the weight of the pipeline;
Outer protective layer: Usually high-density polyethylene (or anti-corrosion coating), preventing mechanical damage and corrosion resistance.
II. Core Features
Good insulation performance: Thermal conductivity ≤ 0.038W/(M・K), effectively reducing heat loss of the medium;
Wide temperature tolerance range: Conventional temperature resistance -50℃~120℃, modified can withstand 180℃;
Wide application scenarios: Central heating / cooling, petrochemicals, cold storage, etc. for insulation and cold preservation projects;
Convenient construction: Prefabricated production, can be directly buried / underwater laid, with low overall cost.
III. Basic Parameters (Conventional Specifications)
Material: Carbon steel (customizable stainless steel / alloy steel);
Pipe diameter: DN15~DN1200 (support customization as needed);
Pipe thickness: 3mm~50mm (adjusted according to pressure grade).
