I. Product Definition and Structure
Name: Steel Tube Steel Tube Steam Insulation Grounding Elbow (usually 90°, suitable for ground / underground turns of steam pipelines)
Core Structure:
Inner Working Tube: High-temperature resistant carbon steel (such as 20# steel), capable of bearing high-temperature steam (usually ≤ 350℃);
Insulation Layer: Ultra-fine glass wool / silicagel (high temperature resistant, low heat conductivity), filling the gap between the inner tube and the outer protective tube;
Outer Protective Tube: Corrosion-resistant steel pipe / high-density polyethylene (the black layer in the picture), serving as a load-bearing and anti-corrosion function;
Sealing Protection: The blue interface is a sealing and anti-corrosion layer, used to isolate external moisture and protect the insulation layer from drying out.
II. Core Characteristics
High Temperature Compatibility: Capable of withstanding 300-350℃ high-temperature steam media, suitable for industrial / municipal steam transportation scenarios;
