I. Product Definition and Structure
Name: Prefabricated Direct-Buried Insulation Tee (divided into polyurethane insulation type and steel sleeve steel steam insulation type)
Core Structure:
Inner Working Tube: Carbon steel material (such as Q235, 20# steel), capable of carrying hot water / steam media;
Insulation Layer: Polyurethane rigid foam (suitable for ≤150℃ hot water) or ultra-fine glass wool (suitable for ≤350℃ steam), achieving low thermal conductivity insulation;
Outer Protective Tube: High-density polyethylene (HDPE) or anti-corrosion steel pipe, the black layer in the picture, serving the functions of anti-corrosion, waterproofing, and resisting external pressure;
Interface Sealing: The red part is the sealing anti-corrosion layer, used to protect the insulation integrity of the welded interface and prevent moisture from invading.
II. Core Characteristics
High-efficiency Insulation: The heat loss rate of the insulation layer is ≤5% (hot water type) / ≤2% (steam type), meeting the energy efficiency requirements for long-distance pipeline transportation;
Comprehensive Adaptability: Can be directly buried underground (without need for trench) or used for ground pipelines, suitable for various installation environments in municipal / industrial settings;
Long Service Life: The anti-corrosion outer protective tube + sealing layer design, with a service life of ≥30 years, reducing maintenance costs in the future;
Prefabricated Integration: Manufactured in the factory, only welding connections are required on-site, shortening the project duration.
